Asia Founder Coaching offers the support and tools needed by founders and executives to grow their companies and thrive personally, without the burn out and doubt.

We focus on developing such skills as leadership, mental wellness, better communications, confident negotiations as well as a variety of specific operational topics.

Asia Founder Coaching offers both individual and group coaching for:

• 1st time start-up founders of pre-seed to Series C companies and beyond
• Experienced start-up founders of pre-seed to Series C companies and beyond
• Executive teams of startups and other fast growth companies
• Investors and Directors of startup companies
• Domestic Partners of startup founders and executives

For individual clients, Asia Founder Coaching offers two engagement models: Packages and One-offs.

Coaching Packages consist of multi-month engagements, ranging from 3-months to one year and beyond. Usually, these consist of bi-weekly one-hour sessions, held remotely or in-person when possible.

A “deep dive’ introductory session of up to 2 hours is held to help clearly define the needs and goals of the clients, A Socratic, question-and-answer methodology is often employed during the sessions, while homework or readings may be assigned between sessions with subsequent sessions following up on those topics.
Length and frequency of coaching engagements can be customized to your needs.

One-Off sessions are one-hour conversations scheduled on an ad hoc, as needed basis. These are generally requested by potential clients as a “trial” engagement prior to enrolling in a longer engagement or by past clients, seeking a “top up” or help with a pressing need.

Asia Founder Coaching also provides coaching engagements to groups, ranging in size from 2 -12.

Often these groups consist of a company’s executive management team working through operational, personnel or personality issues.
But they can also examine strategy formation, scaling and expansion plans.

I also work with co-founder teams to help resolve personality, style and goal issues.

Group coaching is offered in multi-month engagements only, following the cadence and structure of the individual offerings described above.
