What is Founders Circle?

Now entering its 3rd year, Founders Circle is a small, closed-door mastermind session for founders, where they explore and discuss the most important issues in their lives. In this intimate, open, and encouraging environment, founders provide support and new ideas to one another – often resulting in operational and emotional breakthroughs for the entire group.

We hold one live Founders Circle per month – alternating between Bangkok and Singapore – purposely capping the number of participants at 10 in order to maintain the effectiveness and intimacy of the sessions. As the demand increases, we’ll schedule more sessions, not more crowded ones. 

These 2-3 hour sessions can also be provided on a bespoke basis for companies, schools, and accelerators. Sessions have also been held in Malaysia and also globally (via Zoom). While remote sessions are available, live sessions have been found to provide the greatest benefit.

Who is it For?

Founders Circle events are for founders – and senior executives – of post-investment startups with discernible traction. Any vertical or level of personal experience is fine – and I work very hard to ensure gender equity in the sessions – so if you are a female founder, you are very much encouraged to join us.

A special Founders Circle alumni group – of nearly 150 founders regionally – is open to all those who participate in the sessions, creating and sustaining the deep connections made in the mastermind groups.
