You’re running a year-long game development project, with dozens of team members working both in the office and remotely, some in other countries.
You’re into the final months and need additional help on the artwork in order to finish in time.
You get the budget and start recruiting for a new artist.
The company founder, who is also your boss, suggests you hire her daughter-in-law.
You interview her and frankly she’s not a very good artist. Maybe a B- at best. She’s also from China (not a problem) but her English is not very good (a problem).
