Who would have guessed that over 2/3’s of my coaching clients in the past 4 years are women?

Certainly not me.

While not all of them are founders, I’m still surprised at the numbers. And when it comes to female founders, with less than 5% of female-founded companies receiving venture funding, I’m amazed at the percentages I’m seeing.

Frankly, I’m a bit mystified at why this is, but I’m super pleased at the same time.

I love the fact that we’re able to work together and I’m able to provide the support and help my coaching clients need.

I have +100 theories why I’m seeing more female clients than males, but I’d be interested in hearing what you think why that is?
